Fitzpatrick Engineering was established in 1984.

Our company designs and manufactures a wide range of centrifugal and axial flow fans, dampers and silencers for industrial, mining and minerals processing in Australia and overseas.

We manufacture fans ranging from small units weighing around a 100 kg with a motor power of a few kW, to fans weighing 20 tonnes with a rotating impeller mass of 4,800 kg . The company is completely Australian owned and carries out all design, development and manufacturing of its products in Australia.

We have our own test and development facility at our Sydney factory and we have carried out test and development work for outside companies.
The primary business of the company is the design and manufacture of fans and related equipment such as silencers, dampers & other flow control devices.

We have around 40 standard aerodynamic fan designs and this list continues to grow as we develop new designs or add further options to existing designs to enhance their performance and versatility.

All of our products are manufactured using high quality materials and engineered to operate with high aerodynamic efficiency, smooth running low vibration/noise levels & a compact, low-profile footprint. 

The fan selections are backed up by computer aided design & modelling then further assisted through our stress, sound level & flow testing analysis to guarantee a consistent & reliable performance no matter how specific your requirement may be.
